Awful customer service

Our debit card changed. We called and gave them a new card. They didn't put it on file like we asked them to. Then they charged us a late fee and locked us out for their mistake!!!! Now Bonnie was so nauseatingly rude to us that we are leaving. We've been with them over three years and have two units. Pretty stupid thing to lose customers over for sure.
