What are your rates?

Our rates vary depending on size and type of storage.  Please call for our latest price and availability.  At various times throughout the year we run special pricing on particular units based upon availability.  All rates come with a 1 year rate guarantee.

Should I make a reservation?

Availability changes on a daily basis.  In order to make sure that the space that you want is available when you need it, we recommend you call for availability.

Do I need insurance?

You may carry your own insurance (check your homeowner’s or renter’s policy to see if you are already covered.  INSURANCE IS THE TENANT’S RESPONSIBILITY.

Do you give me a key?

We provide you with a FREE LOCK upon leasing a unit.  You are the only one with the keys and access to your unit.  We do not have a key to your storage unit.

Can I pay for my unit over the phone?

You will need to visit the facility to lease your unit and make the initial payment (unless you have access to a fax machine).  After that, you may call to make payments by credit card.  You can also give us signed permission to charge your credit card or to set up an automatic monthly bank draft.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, Visa & MasterCard, American Express, and money orders.

(Please do not put cash in the night payment slot).

Do you sell boxes?

We sell a variety of moving boxes at the storage office.

What is the minimum rental commitment?

The minimum rental period is one month.  Rent is due on the 1st day of the month.

What kind of documentation do I need to rent a unit?

A valid driver’s license or federal ID with a picture is required to lease a unit.

Do you have your own movers?

While we do not offer moving services, there area variety of movers available in our area.  Check the yellow pages under the heading “movers” for a complete list.

How long will it take to complete my transaction on move-in day?

The entire move-in process should take less than 15 minutes.  Please keep in mind that this time could vary depending on whether there are other customers ahead of you when you arrive.  Mornings are usually the slowest period of the day while afternoons are busier.
